Scott has been with Krause since 2019. He began as Corporate Counsel before taking on the additional role of COO. Now, as Executive Vice President and General Counsel, Scott serves as a key member of our leadership team and remains actively involved in the company’s operations. He also focuses on overarching strategy, advice, and support at the company level. Additionally, he handles litigation, risk management, and compliance matters as needed.
Scott attended Penn State Law and has previous experience as a litigation attorney and judicial law clerk. He sees a great need for elder law and long-term care planning, and he appreciates the opportunity to help connect those in need to those who can help. Scott holds law licenses in Wisconsin and Maryland.
